The Arkansas statewide report for the 2020-2021 school year is now available.

The statewide analysis of BMI data collected in public schools during the 2020–2021 school year includes overall childhood obesity trends in Arkansas including weight classification percentages by gender, grade and ethnicity. Appendices included in the report show overall BMI results by school, school district and by county.

The differences between the two types of report are due to the ways in which individual students are classified by grade, school, or age for analysis. The difference in results reported between the two reports may be up to 3 percentage points.
